Trnkus in action
Well, the last week has certainly been a blur for Coach Pimm who was a Co-Meet Director for the 4-day Canadian Track and Field Championships, hosted at the University of Toronto’s Varsity Centre track.
The meet also served as the Commonwealth Games Trials happening later this fall in New Delhi, India.
One of Coach Pimm’s junior club athletes, Michael Trnkus, fresh back from competing in the 4 x 400m relay at the World Jr., Championships in Moncton, last week, was the only junior to qualify for the men’s 400m final where he finished 5th.
