Hey Runners:
After awaiting the melting of snow, I recently was able to measure the 5 Km. route for the Beaches Spring Sprint, happening this Saturday April 6/19. You can see details of this unique event here.
Athletics Canada advised me today that the 5k route has been granted Certification. You can see the Certificate with the details of the course here.

The final two days to register are Tuesday and Wednesday this week (April 2 & 3) at the Beaches Recreation Centre. There is no registration event day. For more info go here.
