Adding to the excitement is the news that the half marathon race has been accepted into Athletics Canada's Label Program 2023 series.
Races included in the series are in full compliance with World Athletics Competition Rules. This allows every Canadian performance achieved at their events to be recognized by World Athletics and included in the World Athletics Rankings. All races in the series will also feature an elite program and prize money.
