One-on-One Consultation
Clients arrange a meeting with Coach Pimm at his Toronto office to discuss any aspect of their training, be it setting reasonable goals, the effective use of interval training, progression of long runs, reviewing a program proposed by the client, cross training, peaking vs. tapering, etc.
Since it can be a significant consideration to the discussion, the 2-hour consultation also includes:
1) Body Composition Assessment;
2) Video taping, playback and analysis of Running Form;
3) Review and analysis of previous training;
4) Mapping out a Workout Plan.
