Coaching

This service requires a 12-week minimum commitment and begins with two appointments at the office, located in the TorontoBeaches office.
The first visit lasts 60 to 75 minutes and consists of an interview to determine medical and athletic background, lifestyle, diet, goals, etc., followed by a Body Composition Assessment assessment, and a HD video taping of Running Form Analysis. (NOTE - the video files are sent to the client)
The second visit consists of a review of the taped running form video (using slow-motion, and freeze-frame), the results of the body composition analysis, the General Training Program, and the prescribed workouts for the first week.
Each week thereafter, contacts (i.e., phone, Facetime, WhatsApp) are scheduled with the client, during which the client reports workout results, asks questions, etc. And the next series of workouts are prescribed and emailed to the client. (NOTE - Clients are entitled to 2 contacts with Coach Pimm each week)
