Runners! I am very excited to reintroduce one of my more popular services that was first introduced in 2020. Unfortunately, Covid 19 caused an abrupt cessation of this service.
Initially, the service was named the 5K RUN for the Looneys, and the Loonie coin (note the different spelling) on a neck ribbon was one of the included awards - the other awards being a Certificate and a % Body Fat Evaluation. You can read more about it HERE.
Well now, Covid is no longer a significant threat, such that even largely participated road races are more frequent than ever.
And so, it is with great pleasure that in 2024 I am reintroducing the same 5K RUN service.
However, you may notice that in the above LOGO, it has a new name and the details of this service and how to participate are below.
