Online Coaching
The steps in contracting this service are:
- client confirms intent to become a client and the contract term (a minimum of 12 weeks);
- a Questionnaire is emailed to the client, requesting info about medical and athletic history, previous training and race performances, fitness testing results, diet, commitment, fitness/competition goals, race intentions, etc.;
- the completed Questionnaire is sent back to Coach Pimm;
- client sends an e-transfer for the consulting fees;
- once payment is received, a General Training Program is designed which describes the specific goals, weekly distances, the scheduling of workouts within a week, the kind of workouts (e.g., intervals, tempos, long runs) required to achieve the goals, and supplementary information, e.g., weight-training, diet, etc., as appropriate;
- the General Training Program and initial workouts are emailed followed by a communication to confirm all is good. Contacts are to be by phone, FaceTime, WhatsApp, or email, as preferred;
- each week thereafter, contacts are scheduled with the client. The client reports the actual numbers, asks questions, etc., and receives advice accordingly. And the next series of workouts are prescribed and emailed to the client.
Fees
For First Term = $60 for General Training Program + $30/week (minimum
of 12 weeks)
For Renewal Terms = $30/week (minimum of 12 weeks)
Examples:
For first 12-week term, fee = $60 + (12 x $30) = $420
For a Renewal of 12-weeks, fee = (12 X $30) = $360
For first 15-week term, fee = $60 + (15 x $30) = $510
For a Renewal of 15-weeks, fee = (15 x $30) = $450
