Coach Pimm has been commissioned by companies, hospitals and charities, university and track clubs, to organize a variety of sport/recreational events:

Some of the projects Peter has worked: 

Race Director for several years in the 1980s of the Centenary Hospital 10 km. at the Metro Zoo  

Co-Founder and Director of the Toronto Island Run in 1976 and many subsequent years

Race Technical Director for the Run for the Rom for many years in the 1980’s and 1990’s  - a 24-hour relay involving over 100 teams of 20 members running around the U of T campus and Queen’s Park and later Upper Canada College 

Race Director of the 1991 Ontario University Cross Country Championships 

Event Director of the Sun Life Corporate Games – conducted at the Skydome in the 1990’s

Race Technical Director of the Canada Day HBC 10 km. – 2007-2009

Race Technical Director for Nike's 2005 RunTO on Toronto Island

Co-Meet Director of the 2009 & 2010 Canadian Track and Field Championships 

Race Director of the 2001 Canadian University Cross Country Championships
 
Race Director for the Joe Sax Cross Country Festival in 2008 and 2009. This was a cross country meet for hundreds of Toronto elementary school youngsters in Grades 4 to 8, conducted on the fields of Sunnybrook Park 

Start Director of the Scotia Bank Full and Half Marathon in 2010

Technical Director for Lululemon's popular Track and Roll event in 2013-2016

Race Technical Director for the 2015 Nike Women's 15 Km. On the Toronto Island

Consultant for Israeli Run (Toronto) 2017 

Consultant for Divas Half Marathon 2017, 2018

Race Director of the 2024 Bumrun for colon cancer
