1982 - University of Toronto Men's Cross Country Team wins Ontario and Canadian Championship
1985 - Missy McCleary wins the Canadian Junior Cross Country Championship

1987 - Rick Mannen wins Hong Kong Marathon in 2:20:51
- Brendan Matthias wins Canadian Junior Cross Country Championships and is

1988 - Brendan Matthias wins Canadian Junior 1500 meter Championship and sets

1992 - Matthias wins 5,000 Olympic Trials and is selected to Canada's Olympic Team - is
ranked 1st in Canada with 13:34.75
- Tim Phelan places 3rd in the 5,000 Olympic Trials
- Michael Birke wins Harry Jerome 800m in 1:47.92
1993 - Matthias wins the Canadian 3,000 meter Championship and sets Canadian 3,000
indoor record of 7:50.90 and places 8th at the World Indoor Championships
1994 - Matthias wins Canadian 10,000 meter Championship and is selected as a member
of the Commonwealth Games
- Ivan Gomez is the overall winner of the Runners' Choice road race series
1995 - Liouda Alexeeff wins Canadian 10,000 meter Championship
- Ivan Gomez wins the Bronze at the Canadian 5,000 meter Championship & represents Guatemala at the
Pan American Games where he places 6th in the 1500 meters in 3:45.98 and 5th in the 5000 meters
in 13:58.73
1996 - Gomez wins the Central American 10,000 meters championships and is the 10,000
meters silver medalist at the Canadian Championships
- Sarah Hunter wins the Canadian International Half Marathon
1997 - Gomez wins the Canadian International Half Marathon
- Sarah Hunter wins the Philadelphia Marathon in 2:41:35
1998 - Sarah Hunter wins the Gatorade Peterborough Half Marathon
- Ivan Gomez wins Buffalo's Shamrock 8 km in 24:38
- Glenda Morris (age:44) wins the Niagara Casino International Marathon (overall woman) in 3:06:31
- Ivan Gomez wins the Buffalo's 103rd Turkey Trot - 24:26
2002 - Carolyn Silvey wins Austin Marathon (Masters category - age:46) in 2:58:19

2007 - Trevor Caldwell wins the Ontario Sr. 10,000m.
2008 - Michael Trnkus wins Ontario and National Youth Championships 400m
- Dan Mathie finishes 3rd in Ofsaa Jr. Boys Cross Country
2009 - Michael Trnkus wins Ont. Jr. 400m. Champs and is 2nd at National Jr. Champs and
qualifies for the Pan American Jr. Games in Trinidad where he finishes 6th in the
final in 47.58 and is a Bronze medalist in the 4 x 400m. relay
2010 - Erika Jacobs wins the Ontario Sr. Indoor 800m and 1500m Championships
- Michael Trnkus is selected to the National Team to compete at the World Junior
Track and Field Championships
- Michael Trnkus wins the Ontario Jr. Championship 400m
- Kyle Grieve (age 16 yr.) runs 800m in 1:54.00
- Kyle Grieve wins the TDSSAA Sr. Cross Country Championships, and places 8th at the Sr. Ofsaa

As Athlete
1972 - won Hamilton's Around the Bay Race (when route was 19 miles 168 yards or
30.73 km.) in 1:40:18 ( = 1:37:55 pace for 30 km. )
- 8:25.8 for 3,000 meters - to place 4th in Ontario Indoor Championships

1980 - finished 13th in the Marine Corps Marathon (Washington D.C.) in 2:25:22
