Local Coaching Services (suspended due to COVID-19 oubreak)

This service requires a 12-week minimum commitment and begins with two appointments at the office, located in the Beaches, Toronto.
The first visit lasts 60 to 75 minutes and consists of an interview to determine medical and athletic background, lifestyle, diet, goals, etc., followed by a body composition assessment, and a video taping of running form in 4K 60fps. (NOTE - the video files are sent to the client)
The second visit consists of a review of the taped running form video (using slow-motion, and freeze-frame), the results of the body composition analysis, the General Training Program, and the prescribed workouts for the first week.
Each week thereafter, a contact is scheduled with the client by phone, email, Facetime, or WhatsApp, as preferred. And based on workout performance and response, Coach Pimm prescribes the next one or two week's workouts.
