Coaching Services Overview
My Coaching Service for runners requires a 12 week minimum commitment and consists of two visits to my office, located in Toronto, Ontario, near Avenue Rd. and Bloor. The first visit lasts about 60 to 75 minutes and consists of an interview to determine medical and athletic background, lifestyle, diet, etc., followed by a body composition assessment (optional), and a video taping of running form (optional).
The second visit consists of a review of the taped running form using slow-motion, the results of the body composition analysis and the Training Program, and finally my prescribed workouts for the first week. [Note - clients who provide a blank VHS tape are provided with a copy of the video taping.]
Each week thereafter, I am in contact with the client by phone (or e-mail) at an appointed time, for usually about 15 minutes, and based on workout performance and response, I prescribe the next week's workouts
