Since 1975, I've had the pleasure of coaching runners and triathletes of all levels, from beginners, just getting into the sport and training for their first road race, to veterans wanting that extra edge.
(Note - our running clients typically range between 22:00 to 32:00 minutes for 5 km., and 40 to 70 minutes for 10 km. and 3:00 to 4:45 for the marathon.)
