Laura Pimm - B.Sc. (Kin), RMT, ART, RHN
Registered Massage Therapist, Active Release Technique, Registered Holistic Nutritionist

Laura, graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science specializing in Kinesiology. She later studied at the Canadian Therapeutic College and became a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. 

In addition, Laura has completed courses in Hot Stone Therapy (Level 1 & 2), and is an Active Release Technique (ART) provider. And she recently graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.  

Laura works with recreational and elite athletes, operating a private practice, in downtown Toronto, Ontario. 
She knows first-hand what an athlete experiences having an extensive background in competitive gymnastics and swimming; and while studying at York University she was a member of the Varsity Cross Country team.

Laura is currently competing in triathlons. Her results include: finishing first overall woman at the 2010 Canadian National Sprint Triathlon Championships in Kelowna, British Columbia; placing 8th overall in her age group at the 2009 World Triathon Championships in Australia, and 4th in her age category at the 2008 World Triathlon championships in Vancouver.

Christine McLean

Christine holds a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) from the University of Toronto, and several NCCP and CanFitPro certifications, as well as training in Pilates and Yoga. 

Christine has been a competitive runner and triathlete for over 30 years. She has run a 3:16 marathon; was the Gold medalist 
(age category) in the 2007 Sprint Distance World Championships in Hamburg, Germany; and won the Gold Medal in her age category at the 2010 Canadian National Sprint Triathlon Championships in Kelowna, British Columbia.  

Her extensive coaching background includes competitive gymnastics, land training for competitive swimmers, providing Pilates/Yoga core training programs for competitive figure skaters, as well as comprehensive cross training programs for runners and triathletes.

Her services are concentrated in four specific areas, which are included in all of the cross training programs she designs: Strength, Core, Alignment, Flexibility (SCAF).
