Laura McFetridge - B.Sc.( Kin), RMT, ART, RHN
Registered Massage Therapist, Active Release Technique, Registered Holistic Nutritionist

Laura, graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science specializing in Kinesiology. She later studied at the Canadian Therapeutic College (now Trillium College) and became a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
In addition, Laura has completed courses in Hot Stone Therapy (Level 1 & 2), and is an Active Release Technique (ART) provider. She's also a graduate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
She knows first-hand what an athlete experiences having an extensive background in competitive gymnastics, swimming, and triathlons; and while studying at York University she was a member of the Varsity Cross Country team.
Although Laura is not currently competing in triathlons, her past results include: finishing 1st overall woman at the 2010 Canadian National Sprint Triathlon Championships in Kelowna, British Columbia; placing 8th overall in her age group at the 2009 World Triathon Championships in Australia, and 4th in her age category at the 2008 World Triathlon championships in Vancouver. And in 2013, she finished the Las Vegas Rock 'n Roll Half Marathon in a time of 1:37:57.
Laura works with recreational and elite athletes, as well as offering therapeutic massage for non-athletes. Her private practice, Mobile Massage Therapy, serves clients between St. Catharines and Oakville area, in the comfort of their homes or office.

Christine McLean

Christine holds a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) from the University of Toronto, and several NCCP and CanFitPro certifications, Reebok spin as well as training in Pilates and Yoga.
Christine has had an outstanding record as a competitive runner and triathlete. She has run a 3:16 marathon and won both the Provincial and National Masters cross country championships (age category) in 2007.
As an triathlete, she has won several Provincial and National titles at both the Sprint and Olympic distance and was the Gold medalist (age category) in the Sprint Distance World triathlon Championships in Hamburg, Germany in 2007, and the Silver medalist in Vancouver in 2008.
In 2012. Christine competed in the US 5150 Championships in Dec Moines Iowa, where she won silver. And in 2013, she represented Canada at the PruHealth World Triathlon Championships in London, England, where she competed in the Sprint Distance Age-Group and was the top Canadian, placing 6th out of 61 in her category.
Her extensive coaching background also includes competitive gymnastics, land training for competitive varsity swimmers, providing Pilates/Yoga core training programs for competitive figure skaters, as well as comprehensive cross training programs for runners and triathletes.
Recently (2016), Christine has been developing older adult fitness programs for the City of Markham - specifically a falls prevention program that works on core and hip stability. It is a Pilates based program. In addition she designed tiers in her regular Pilates programs for the City including 2 technical level I classes (Paced Pilates), Level 2, Level 3 and a men's only program specifically tailored to their needs.
